What’s wrong with these statements?

“White House Turmoil Puts the GOP Agenda at Risk”

“Trump’s toxic style is causing the White House to be like a “runaway train””

“Trump supporters clashed with counter-protesters”

“Chaos in the White House: ‘There’s never been anything like this’”

To better understand, lets first define what is not leadership.

It’s not about imposing your view, your thoughts, your regime. 
It’s not about bullying.
It’s not about yelling.
It’s not about intimidating.
It’s not about humiliating.
It’s not about threatening

It’s not reactive.

it’s not selfish.

It’s not covering up the truth.

It’s not pointing fingers.

It’s not attacking the person.

Leadership is not about you, it’s about others, your people, your team, your children, your friends, your coworkers… the people that you influence.

So what makes a leader?
“Great Leaders actions carves into others’ heart, mind and soul a genuine desire to follow them by conviction”

“Great Leaders inspire others to do the right thing for the right motive.”

“Great Leaders motivate others to give the best of them with passion and commitment”

“Great Leaders empower others to find their strength to build the best team.”

“Great Leaders are flexible. They encourage participation because they understand the risk and the benefits of it; therefore, they are great listeners.”

“Great Leaders understand that they don’t know everything, but they can rely in the team they have and the experience of others.”

Lastly, great leaders value their team.  They recognize their strength and weaknesses. They work together for the cause without attacking the person.
